Recommended use:
Cream is best applied to clean skin after showering when the pores of the skin are clean and permeable - thus facilitating maximum absoption of the product. If preparing for a competition commence applying the cream 2 weeks before the event, twice daily, however cease using this product the day before the event and ensure that the skin is clean to before applying any tanning products.
